What would classify as personal use and commercial use?
Definition might differ from one person to another, but here are some examples for my case, just so we're on the same page.
Please note that these are just examples and might not be applicable to some cases. If you're unsure, feel free to ask!

Canvas size at least 2000x2000, may vary depending on the amount of characters (max. 6 characters in one canvas). Resolution 300 dpi.
Animal ears or simple props can be added to the character(s) with no additional cost.
Pet/mascot and complex props/outfit would cost starting from IDR 15k / $3.
You can choose the eyes style (with/without highlights) by filling it in the commission form on "Request description" column.
Revision: 2 times on sketching stage, 1 time for minor adjustments (e.g. color) at the end.
Estimated time: around 1-3 weeks after your order is confirmed, depending on the number of characters and complexity.
2. Cookie-style

For single cookie: Price is per character, including sprinkles decoration (max. 3 types) and background. Canvas size 2000x2000, resolution 300 dpi.
For cookies bunch: Base price is for 2 cookies + sprinkles (max. 3 types) + decoration cookies (default options, max. 3 types) and background. Canvas size may vary depending on the amount of characters. You can order up to 3 character cookies in one canvas.
Additional character cookies cost IDR 100k / $25. Custom decoration cookies would cost starting from IDR 20k / $5, depending on complexity.

3. Wardrobe box YCH

Price includes default (simple underwear) + 2 outfits per character. You can choose box design A or B (colors and text are customizable).
You will receive .gif image (size 1800x1800), transparent .png of the characters in each outfits, and transparent .png of the outfits.
Additional outift(s) would cost starting from IDR 50k / $10.
Different expressions per outfit would cost IDR 15k / $3.
Additional box decorations would cost starting from IDR 15k / $3.
Revision: 2 times on sketching stage, 1 time for minor adjustments (e.g. color) at the end.
Estimated time: around 1-6 weeks after your order is confirmed, depending on the complexity.
4. Doodle (pay what you want / suprise-me type)
Starting from IDR 50k or $10
Default canvas size 1500x1500, resolution 300 dpi.
Plain white background only.
Max. 2 characters per request. You can also request small prop/mascot.
Details and colors will be simplified.
No pose request.
Revision: none.
Estimated time: around 1 week after your order is confirmed.
Commission - Terms of Service

Ordering a commission from me means that you agreed to the following Terms of Service.
1. General

I have the rights to turn down a commission request if I'm not confident or uncomfortable with the request.
I offer commission price in USD and IDR. IDR pricing is available for Indonesian clients only.
The price listed is for personal use only. Price might increase depending on complexity, added details on the request, etc.
For commercial work, please discuss with me through e-mail/DM first.
By commissioning, you agree that the finished piece may be uploaded on my social media and portfolio, unless asked otherwise.
You may upload and use your commissioned artwork(s) on your social media or other non-monetized content(s) with credit to one of my social media handle/links. Credits are not mandatory only for commercial commissions.
You are not allowed to claim the commissioned work as your own work.
You are not allowed to use the commissioned work for NFT, feeding/uploading it to AI services, and tracing.
2. Workflow
Submit your commission request to my commission request form. Please do not send any payment before I send order confirmation to your e-mail.
Once I accepted the commission, I will inform you about the estimated delivery time and the total price. Payment will be processed in full before I proceed with the commission.
Payments can be made through ko-fi commission (for international clients) and bank transfer to BCA/Jago (for Indonesian clients).
Once I accepted the payment, I will start working on your commission. I will update to you on the progress, and you can also check the progress tracker.
Revision offer will differ, depending on the commission type you ordered (please check details on the commission page). If you need more revisions, don't hesitate to inform me. I'll be willing to accommodate, but please note that I may charge an extra fee for it depending on the changes you want.
Commission result will be sent via e-mail.

Merchandise - Terms of Service

I made these rules to protect both me as the seller, and you as the buyer. Please take some time to read these through before ordering!
Buying any merch from me means that you agreed to the following Terms of Service.
I don't offer refunds for any sold merch, unless it has production defect(s) that is unknown to the buyer before the purchase. Defect(s) that comes with Grade B / Grade C sales aren't eligible for refund.
For mail order, refund claim is only eligible if the buyer takes an unboxing video. Confirmed defected item(s) can be exchanged with the same item without defects, or with refund. Buyer can keep the defected item; no need to send it back to me.
For on-the-spot purchase, in the case of production defected item(s), I also offer exchanging the item or refund; however, depending on the situation, I might need you to return the defected item(s) to me.
I don't allow resales for any of my fanmerch. If you no longer need my fanmerch for any reasons, feel free to give it away or even throw it away, but do not resell it.
I can't give/sell you the soft copy of arts used for my merch; however, you are free to use my merch in whatever way you wish as long as it's for your own personal use. No commercial use allowed. (see the Illustration Usage page for examples on personal-commercial work classification)
Violation(s) to the rules above will be subjected to at least one of the following penalties: blacklist, fines, social media post regarding the violation case.
