Please do not reupload my art to any platform without permission; feel free to share the link to my art from my social media instead.
Do not use or edit my art for social media icons and layout, video edit, fic cover, physical goods or any form of commercial purposes.
Commissioned and gifted works are exempt from point 1 and 2. For commissioned works, please read my commission terms of service.
Do not use and/or upload my art to any form of AI and blockchain services.

What would classify as personal use and commercial use?
Definition might differ from one person to another, but here are some examples for my case, just so we're on the same page.
Please note that these are just examples and might not be applicable to some cases. If you're unsure, feel free to ask!

Commission - Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
1. General

I offer commission price in USD and IDR. IDR pricing is available for Indonesian clients only.
The price listed is for personal use only. For commercial work, please discuss with me through e-mail/DM first.
I reserve all the rights to my work, which includes but is not limited to redistributing/reproducing the commissioned work in another form and displaying it in my portfolio or social media. For private work/NDA, I will charge an additional fee (the amount will need to be discussed, depending on the order).
You are allowed to use, resize, or crop commissioned artwork(s) as icons, thumbnails, and other non-commercial purposes, but may not alter the artwork itself.
Feel free to post the commissioned artwork(s) on your social media account, with credit to one of my social media handle/links.
The commissioned artwork(s) is not allowed to be used in/for blockchain services, AI services, and tracing in any way or form.
2. Workflow
Submit your commission request to my commission request form, or contact me via DM if you need assistance. Please wait for order confirmation mail from me and do not send any payment beforehand.
In the case where I can't accept your commission request, I will inform you via e-mail—using the mail address provided in the request form—within 48 hours.
If I accept the commission, I will send order confirmation mail within 48 hours to inform you about the order details, estimated delivery time and the total price. Payment will need to be made before I proceed with the commission.
Once I accepted the payment, I will start working on your commission and share the progress with you regularly via your social media contact provided in the request form. You can also check the progress tracker.
Revision offers may differ depending on the commission type you ordered (please check details on the commission page). Extra revisions can be discussed if needed, but please note that I may charge an extra fee for it depending on the changes you want.
Commission result will be sent via e-mail or drive link; no physical product will be delivered. I will send a full resolution artwork and a smaller web version (with watermark/artist signature) to post online.
I don't accept urgent/rush order for the moment.
3. Payment and Refund
Commission will be worked on after I receive full payment upfront. For orders above IDR 500k or $100, you have the option to pay 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before I send the final files.
Payments can be made through ko-fi commission (for international clients) and bank transfer to BCA/Jago (for Indonesian clients).
I don't offer cancellation refunds. I only provide refund if I can't finish the commission due to unforeseen circumstances/emergency, in which I will return the payment in full.
